1.Terms and Condition

Description:

a) • A non-refundable booking fee of ₹ 3,000 per person is required to confirm your reservation. The remaining balance must be paid on day you arrived in Leh.

b) • Dream Ride Himalaya is not liable for any delays, road closures, flight cancellations, or unforeseen circumstances that may occur during the trip.

c) • Children aged 5 to 8 years will be charged 30% of the total trip cost. Please note, no additional bed or mattress will be provided for this age group. Children above 8 years are considered adults and will be provided with an extra mattress..

2.Cancellation Policy

Description:

a) For cancellations between 10 to 15 days before the departure date, a 50% cancellation fee will apply.

b) Once the tour has commenced, no refunds will be provided under any circumstances.

c) Cancellations made 30 days or more before the tour departure will incur no cancellation charges.

d) A 25% cancellation fee will apply for cancellations made within 20 days prior to the tour.

e) Cancellations within 10 days of the tour departure will be subject to a 50% cancellation charge.

f) No refunds will be issued for cancellations within 10 days of departure, after the tour has started, or if the tour is cut short.

g)  In cases of unforeseen events (e.g. natural disasters, government restrictions etc) we reserve the right to modify, cancel or reschedule your plans.

h)  In case of restricted access to high passes due to snowfall or floods, we may arrange bike transportation if deemed safe. This will incur additional costs borne by the guest.

3.Cancellation by You

Description:

a )   Chick in time is 12 noon / early check in subject to room availability.

b )   Minimum 7 riders required to operate one group.

c )   Dream Ride Himalaya reserves the right to cancel the group due to insufficient riders eligible for a full refund.

d )   Day wise itinerary may change based on snowfall on passes, traffic Schedules/ restrictions and unforeseen events.

e )  Group members leaving the tour must pay for bike transportation from the leaving point to the tour endpoint.

f )  Guests responsible for their Luggage, weight not more than 10 kg per person.

g )  We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to safeguard your trip.

h)  No compensation will be provided for monetary or value loss. We only recommend not to carry valuable things on tour.

i)  Compensation for any damage/accident during the tour is payable by the guest.

4. Payment Policy

Booking Confirmation:

To confirm your booking, a  refundable deposit of just INR 3000 is required at the time of reservation.

Balance Payment:

• The remaining balance must be paid in full at pre booked hotel after briefing you about trip or prior to the start of the tour, unless otherwise specified. Failure to complete the payment on time may result in the cancellation of the booking and forfeiture of the deposit.

Accepted Payment Methods:

• We accept payments through Cash, bank transfer, UPI and other online payment gateways. Additional charges may apply for certain payment methods.

Currency and Amount:

• All payments must be made in the currency specified at the time of booking. The total amount to be paid will be confirmed in the invoice provided.

Late Payments:

• Any payment made after the due date may be subject to a late fee or cancellation of the booking. If payment is not received within the stipulated time, your booking may be canceled, and the deposit forfeited

Refunds:

• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to our cancellation policy. Please refer to the cancellation policy for more details.

Price Changes:

• While we make every effort to ensure that the prices listed on our website are accurate, they are subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances such as currency fluctuations or changes in government taxes and fees. If the price changes significantly before the payment is completed, we will notify you, and you will have the option to accept the new price or cancel your booking.

Travel Insurance:

• We recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance at the time of booking to cover unexpected changes or cancellations due to unforeseen events.

1.Cancellation and Changes

Description:

a ) Occasionally it may be deemed necessary to make changes to your holiday and the Company reserves the right to do so at any time, and you will be notified of any changes at the earliest possible opportunity. If a major change to your tour is necessary, providing it does not arise from circumstances beyond the Company’s control, you may choose (i) to accept the change of arrangements (ii) to purchase another holiday from us or (iii) to cancel your holiday. Compensation may be payable in cases of major change as detailed below.

b) No compensation will be payable for minor changes. Minor changes include minimal changes to departure and arrival times, changes to the type of aircraft used and restaurant and accommodation changes to a comparable or superior standard.

a) Compensation will not be paid for changes or cancellations caused by Acts of God (Force Majeure), war, threat of war, riot, civil strike, industrial dispute, terrorist activity, natural or man-made disaster, fire, technical problems to transport, closure or congestion of airports, strikes or other industrial action, adverse weather conditions or any other event beyond the Company’s control. It is essential that you take out adequate travel insurance.

1.Cancellation by Youu

Description:

a ) Occasionally it may be deemed necessary to make changes to your holiday and the Company reserves the right to do so at any time, and you will be notified of any changes at the earliest possible opportunity. If a major change to your tour is necessary, providing it does not arise from circumstances beyond the Company’s control, you may choose (i) to accept the change of arrangements (ii) to purchase another holiday from us or (iii) to cancel your holiday. Compensation may be payable in cases of major change as detailed below.

  • 30 days or more 50% of Deposit
  • 15 – 30 days 100% of Deposit
  • 8 – 15 days 80% of Tour Cost
  • 1 – 7 days 100% of Tour Cost

b) No compensation will be payable for minor changes. Minor changes include minimal changes to departure and arrival times, changes to the type of aircraft used and restaurant and accommodation changes to a comparable or superior standard.
