Booking Confirmation:
To confirm your booking, a  refundable deposit of just INR 3000 is required at the time of reservation.

·  Balance Payment:
The remaining balance must be paid in full at pre booked hotel after briefing you about trip or prior to the start of the tour, unless otherwise specified. Failure to complete the payment on time may result in the cancellation of the booking and forfeiture of the deposit.

·  Accepted Payment Methods:
We accept payments through Cash, bank transfer, UPI and other online payment gateways. Additional charges may apply for certain payment methods.

·  Currency and Amount:
All payments must be made in the currency specified at the time of booking. The total amount to be paid will be confirmed in the invoice provided.

·  Late Payments:
Any payment made after the due date may be subject to a late fee or cancellation of the booking. If payment is not received within the stipulated time, your booking may be canceled, and the deposit forfeited.

·  Refunds:
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to our cancellation policy. Please refer to the cancellation policy for more details.

·  Price Changes:
While we make every effort to ensure that the prices listed on our website are accurate, they are subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances such as currency fluctuations or changes in government taxes and fees. If the price changes significantly before the payment is completed, we will notify you, and you will have the option to accept the new price or cancel your booking.

·  Travel Insurance:
We recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance at the time of booking to cover unexpected changes or cancellations due to unforeseen events.
