- Chick in time is 12 noon / early check in subject to room availability.
- Minimum 7 riders required to operate one group.
- Dream Ride Himalaya reserves the right to cancel the group due to insufficient riders eligible for a full refund.
- Day wise itinerary may change based on snowfall on passes, traffic Schedules/ restrictions and unforeseen events.
- Group members leaving the tour must pay for bike transportation from the leaving point to the tour endpoint.
- Guests responsible for their Luggage, weight not more than 10 kg per person.
- We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to safeguard your trip.
- No compensation will be provided for monetary or value loss. We only recommend not to carry valuable things on tour.
- Compensation for any damage/accident during the tour is payable by the guest.
