For cancellations between 10 to 15 days before the departure date, a 50% cancellation fee will apply.
Once the tour has commenced, no refunds will be provided under any circumstances.
Cancellations made 30 days or more before the tour departure will incur no cancellation charges.
A 25% cancellation fee will apply for cancellations made within 20 days prior to the tour.
Cancellations within 10 days of the tour departure will be subject to a 50% cancellation charge.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations within 10 days of departure, after the tour has started, or if the tour is cut short.
In cases of unforeseen events (e.g. natural disasters, government restrictions etc) we reserve the right to modify, cancel or reschedule your plans.
In case of restricted access to high passes due to snowfall or floods, we may arrange bike transportation if deemed safe. This will incur additional costs borne by the guest.
